What is the WANDRD 'Wander More, Worry Less' Lifetime Warranty?
We stand by the quality of our gear. If your bag has a manufacturing defect or fails due to craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it for life. We build our products to be used and abused.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. We offer worldwide shipping to most countries, with international transit times ranging from 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your gear, you can return it for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Are WANDRD bags waterproof?
Our bags are built with weather-resistant materials like high-quality tarpaulin and 1680D ballistic nylon with YKK Weather Guard zippers. While they are highly water-resistant and protect against heavy rain, they are not submersible.
